My Review of Jealousy Incarnate - Don't Dare to Dream

Jealousy Incarnated or its's alternative name as "Don't Dare to Dream" is a series about a handsome and arrogant news anchor, with a notable reputation as an exceptional journalist played by Jo Jung Suk as Lee Hwa Shin. He comes across meteorologist Pyo Na Ri, who is often persistent and hardworking even though she is often overlooked. She is played by the awesome Gong Hyo Jin. In the series these two keep crossing paths yet only seem to annoy each other but, only when Lee Hwa Shin's friend Go Jeong Won (Go Kyung Pyo) shows his interest in Pyo Na Ri, do we really see Lee Hwa Shin's passion for Pyo Na Ri. This series really was a pleasure to watch with many heartwarming moments. One of my favourite episodes is definitely Episode 14.

I do however need to confess that even though I felt Pyo Na Ri and Lee Hwa Shin had more chemistry and seemed to challenge each other in way's that made them better, I completely fell in love with Go Jeong Won as the second male lead. Deep down I was rooting for him right to the end as his character was by far kinder and much more enduring.

Overall this series is great to watch if you enjoy seeing good men fight over the leading lady and how the "ugly duckling" becomes a strong and powerful swan.
